Volume of 1 milk packet = 250 mL
Volume of 13 such packets = 13 x 250 mL

Hence, volume of 13 milk packets = ( 10 + 3 ) x ( 200 + 50 )
= 10 x 200 + 10 x 50 + 3 x 200 + 3 x 50
= 2000 + 500 + 600 + 150
= 3250 mL
