Life side electrode will act as anode and right side electrode will act as cathode.

For the given concentration cell,

E=E00.0591nlog[Anode][Cathode]

For concentration cell,
E0=0

E=0.0591nlog[Anode][Cathode]

0.0295=0.0591nlog0.1[1]

0.0295=0.0591nlog1[0.1]

0.0295=0.0591n
