sum of roots =$-\frac{4b}{4a}=\frac{1}{2}$
$a+2b=0$

product of roots $=\frac{3}{4a}=\frac{3}{16}$

$a=4$

$b=\frac{-4}{2}=2$

$a=4,b=-2$
