Find the value of the given expression after putting the value of variables.

Given polynomial:

2p2q-3pq2+2p-3q+1

Substitute the value of p=3 and q=-3 in the equations, we get

2p2q-3pq2+2p-3q+1=[2×(32)×(-3)]-[3×(3)×(-3)2]+[2×(3)]-[3×(-3)]+1=-54-81+6+9+1=-119

Hence, the value of 2p2q-3pq2+2p-3q+1 when p=3 and q=-3 is -119.
