The correct option is A $4200$
$∵ 2300 = 2000 + 300$
and $1900 = 2000 - 100$
$∴ 2300 + 1900 = 2000 + 300 + 2000 - 100$
$\Rightarrow 2300 + 1900 = 2000 + 2000 + 300 - 100$
$\Rightarrow 2300 + 1900 = 4000 + 200 = 4200$
