9a=7b209a7b=20................(2)
Multiply the (1) by 7 and (2) by 5, we get
42a35b=112...........(3)
45a35b=100.........(4)
Substract (3) and (4), we get
3a=12
a=123=4
Substitute the value of a in (1), we get
6×45b=16
245b=16
5b=1624
5b=40
b=405=8
Then the value of 3a2b=3×48×2
1216=4
