$4 x y (x - y) - 6 x^{2} (y - y^{2}) - 3 y^{2} (2 x^{2} - x) + 2 x y (x - y)$
$= 4 x^{2} y - 4 x y^{2} - 6 x^{2} y + 6 x^{2} y^{2} - 6 x^{2} y^{2} + 3 x y^{2} + 2 x^{2} y - 2 x y^{2}$
$= 6 x^{2} y - 6 x y^{2} - 6 x^{2} y + 3 x y^{2}$
