Given line
5bx-3ay=30
Since it passes through (-1,0)
and (0,-3)
So this point should satisfy the equatiom
Substituting in (-1,0)
We get
5b(-1)-3a(0)=30
-5b=30
b=-6
Now substituting (0,-3)
We get
5b(0)-3a(-3)=30
9a=30
a=30/9
=10/3
