$\Rightarrow \frac{-2}{2-a}=\frac{a-1}{3}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{2}{a-2}=\frac{a-1}{3}$
$\Rightarrow 6=a^2-3a+2$
$\Rightarrow a^2-3a-4=0$
