Given $∠ 1 = 45^{\circ}$

$\Rightarrow ∠ 3 = ∠ 1 = 45^{\circ}$ [Vertically opposite angle]

$∠ 2 + ∠ 3 = 180^{\circ}$ [Linear pair]

$∠ 2 + ∠ 45^{\circ} = 180^{\circ}$

$∠ 2 = 180^{\circ} - ∠ 45^{\circ}$

$\Rightarrow ∠ 2 = 135^{\circ}$

$\Rightarrow ∠ 2 = ∠ 4$ [Vertically opposite angle]

$\Rightarrow ∠ 4 = ∠ 2 = 135^{\circ}$
