Given, (3c+2)(c+2)=(5cc+2)(c+2)

(3c+2)(c+2)=(5(c+2)c)c+2(c+2)

3=5c+10c

3=4c+10.

Transposing c terms to one side, we get,
4c=310

4c=7

c=74.

Hence, option B is correct.
