If x=- 4 is a zero of quadratic equation

$4 x^{2} - m x + 5$

$∴ 4 (- 4)^{2} - m (- 4) + 5 = 0$

$\Rightarrow 64 + 4 m + 5 = 0$

$\Rightarrow 4 m + 69 = 0$

$\Rightarrow m = - \frac{69}{4}$ .
