Find the value of :
(i) $5\%$ of $Rs350$
(ii) $12\frac{1}{2}\%$ of $80$ kg

i) $5\%$ of $Rs350$

will be, $\left(5\%\right)\times 350$

$=\frac{5}{100}\times 350$

$=\frac{5}{10}\times 35=\frac{175}{10}=17.5Rs$

ii) $12\frac{1}{2}\%$ of $80kg=\frac{25}{2}\%$ of $80kg$

will be, $\left(\frac{25}{2}\%\right)\times 80$

$=\frac{25/2}{100}\times 80$

$=\frac{25}{20}\times 8$

$=\frac{5}{4}\times 2$

$=10Kg$
