The correct option is A k = 9
Condition for infinitely many solutions is

$\frac{a_{1}}{a_{2}} = \frac{b_{1}}{b_{2}} = \frac{c_{1}}{c_{2}}$
Given lines:

$2 x + 3 y - 5 = 0$
$6 x + k y - 15 = 0$

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{2}{6} = \frac{3}{k} \Rightarrow k = 9$

When $k = 9$ , it represents the same line, therefore all the points coincide, thus giving infinitely many solutions.
