The correct option is C ( $7$ )
Given equation:
$2 x + 3 y = k$
Now putting $x = 2$ and $y = 1$ in given equation, we get
$\Rightarrow 2 (2) + 3 (1) = k$
$\Rightarrow 4 + 3 = k$
$∴ k = 7$
