4m+3n=-24 .....................(i)

and 7m-2n=-13 .......................(ii)

Solving equations (i) and (ii) we get

29n=-116

$\Rightarrow$ $n=-\frac{116}{29}=-4$

Substituting value of n in equation (i) we get

4m+3n=-24

$\Rightarrow$4m+3(-4)=-24

$\Rightarrow$4m-12=-24

$\Rightarrow$4m=-12

$\Rightarrow m=-\frac{12}{4}=-3\Rightarrow m=-3,n=-4$
