Hi ,

4x + 9y - 3 = 0 ---( 1 )

It is given that ( -m , 3 ) is a solution of above

equation.

put the point ( -m , 3 ) in equation ( 1 ) ,

4( -m ) + 9 × 3 - 3 = 0

-4m + 27 - 3 = 0

- 4m + 24 = 0

- 4m = - 24

m = ( -24 ) / ( - 4 )

m = 6
