Given points are $(3, p)$ and $(p, 3)$

The mid point is given as $\frac{3 + p}{2}, \frac{p + 3}{2}$

Considering , $\Rightarrow \frac{3 + p}{2} = 2$

$\Rightarrow 3 + p = 4$

$\Rightarrow p = 4 - 3 = 1$
