$36 x^{2} + 25 y^{2} - 60 x y = (6 x)^{2} + (5 y)^{2} - 2 \times 6 x \times 5 y = (6 x - 5 y)^{2} = {(6 \times \frac{5}{6} - 5 \times \frac{1}{5})}^{2} = (5 - 1)^{2} = (4)^{2} = 16$
