Find the value of the following:

(-600)×49+(-600)

Step 1: Applying distributive property:-

Here we will use the distributive property of multiplication over addition which says

a×b+a×c=a×(b+c)

Hence

(-600)×49+(-600)×1

In this question:

a=(-600),b=49andc=1=(-600)×(49+1)=(-600)×(50)=-30000

Hence, the value of the given expression is=-30000.
