Sum of angles of of quadrilateral is ${360}^o.$

$\Rightarrow$ $\angle A+\angle B+\angle C+\angle D={360}^o$

$\Rightarrow$ ${110}^o+{100}^o+x+{90}^o={360}^o$

$\Rightarrow$ ${300}^o+x={360}^o$

$\therefore$ $x={60}^o.$
