$\Rightarrow$-3x+8y=-7

2x-y+4=0

$\Rightarrow$2x-y=-4

Solving equations (i) and (ii) we get

$\Rightarrow$ 13y=-26

$\Rightarrow$ $y=-\frac{26}{13}=-2$

Substituting value of y in equation (ii), we get

2x-(-2)=-4

$\Rightarrow$2x+2=-4

$\Rightarrow$2x=-6

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{-6}{2}=-3$
