The correct option is C

2x + 5y = 15 ........(i)
2x - 5y = 5 ..........(ii)
Add (i) and (ii)
we get, 4x = 20
x = 5

Therefore, 2(5) + 5y = 15
5y = 15 - 10
5y = 5
y = 1

Therefore, x = 5, y = 1
