Find the value of $x$ if $\frac{5x-4}{8}=\frac{x-3}{5}=\frac{x+6}{6}$

$\Rightarrow \frac{5x-4}{8}=\frac{x-3}{5}$ $\Rightarrow 5(5x-4)=8(x-3)$

$\Rightarrow 25x-20=8x-24$

$\Rightarrow 17x=20-24$

$\Rightarrow x=\frac{-4}{17}$

From second ratio,$\frac{x-3}{5}=\frac{x+6}{6}$

$\Rightarrow$ 6(x-3) = 5(x+6) $\Rightarrow$ x = 18 + 30 = 48

$\Rightarrow$ error ( x can't be both $\frac{-4}{17},48$)
