In this data mode is that no. whose frequency is highest & here in the first case mode will be 15 if & only if x is 15 because here frequency of 15 as well as frequency of 20, 18 & 25 is also 3 and same is in the next case if 20 and 18 are changed to 25 then the frequency of 25 will be highest so 25 will be mode of the data.
