$\Rightarrow {(x-3)}^2+9=5^2$

$\Rightarrow x^2-6x+18=25$

$\Rightarrow x^2-6x-7=0$

$\Rightarrow (x-7)(x+1)=0$

$\Rightarrow x=7or,x=-1$
