5+237+43can be simplified by rationalizing the denominator (7+43). We can rationalize the given denominator by multiplying the given number (7+43)with its rationalizing factor (743).

Multiplying the numerator and denominator with (743), we get

(5+23)(743)(7+43)(743)=35+1432038(33)(7)(7)(4×4)(3×3)

=3563244948

=1163
