f(x)={x2+3x+a,ifx1bx+2,ifx>1
f(x) is differentiable
ltx1f1(x)=ltx1+f1(x)
ltx1(2x+3)=b
b=2+3=5
f(x) is continuous as it is differentiable
ltx1f(x)=ltx1+f(x)
ltx1(x2+3x+a)=ltx1+(bx+2)
1+3+a=ltx1+(5x+2)
a=74=3.
