The correct option is A 19^i+4^j
From the mirror frame of reference,


y-component of image velocity =5 sin53=4^j

(y component doesn't change by reflection)

x-component of velocity of mirror =8^i

x-component of image velocity =(5 cos53+8)^i=(3+8)^i=11^i

Now in the lab (ground) frame of reference,

x-component of image velocity =1110 cos37=19^i

So image velocity =19^i+4^j
