The correct option is A +32 m/s

Since pulley 1 is fixed, vA=2 m/s (upwards)
Since pulley 2 is fixed, vB=1 m/s (upwards)

Velocity of pulley 3 =vA+vB2=32 m/s
Therefore velocity of the block = v3=32 m/s upwards
