In the direction normal to the mirror,

Relative velocity of image with respect to mirror= Relative velocity of object with respect to mirror

i.e vivm=(vovm)

vi=2vmvo

From the data given in the question,

vi=2×(^i)(10^i)

vi=12^i m/s
