Volume of cube $= {(a)}^{3}$
$= {(2.4)}^{3}$
$= 13.824 m^{3}$ $[∵ 2.4 \times 24 \times 24 = 13.824]$
T.S.A of a cube $= 6 a^{2} = 6 \times {(2.4)}^{2}$
$= 6 \times 5.76$ $[∵ 2.4 \times 2.4 = 5.6]$
$= 34.56 m^{2}$
