New length = (l + 5)m

Let initial breadth be b m.
New breadth = (b - 3)m

Let initial height be h m.
New height = (h + 1) m

New volume = (l + 5)×(b - 3)×(h + 1)
At l = 2m, b = 4m and h = 3m, new volume:
(2 + 5)×(4 - 3)×(3 + 1) = 7×1×4 = $28 m^{3} .$
