$2 x - 3 y - 12 = 0$
$\Rightarrow 2 x - 3 y = 12$
Divide both sides by $12$ we get
$\Rightarrow \frac{x}{6} + \frac{y}{- 4} = 1$
$∴ x -$ intercept is $= 6$ and $y -$ intercept is $- 4$
