Consider the given equation.
5x+3y15=0

5x+3y=15

Divide by 15 on both sides

x3+y5=1 .........(1)

We know that
In intercept form of a line

xa+yb=1 the x-intercept=a and y-intercept=b

On comparing above equation, we get
a=3,b=5

Hence, the x-intercept and y-intercept of the given equation are 3,5
