Plotting $(0,1),(1.25,0)$ and joining them, we get another straight line.
The graph of $4x+5y-5$ intersect the $x$-axis at $(1.25,0)$. Hence the zero of given polynomial is $1.25$ as it intersects at $x$-axis at $(1.25,0)$.
