The correct option is B 0 , -2
To find the zero of the polynomial same as solving

Hence p(x) = 0
Hence $x^{2} + 2 x = 0$
$x (x + 2) = 0$
Hence x = 0 and x + 2 = 0
x = 0 and x = -2
Hence the zeroes of the polynomial are 0 and -2
