$4 x^{2} - 4 x - 3 = 0$

$\Rightarrow 4 x^{2} - 6 x + 2 x - 3 = 0$

$\Rightarrow 2 x (2 x - 3) + 1 (2 x - 3) = 0$

$\Rightarrow (2 x - 3) (2 x + 1) = 0$

$\Rightarrow 2 x - 3 = 0$ OR $2 x + 1 = 0$

$\Rightarrow x = \frac{3}{2}$ OR $x = - \frac{1}{2}$

Hence the zeroes of polynomial $(4 x^{2} - 4 x - 3)$ are

$\frac{3}{2}$ and $- \frac{1}{2}$ .
