Let the three rational numbers between $0.1$ and $0.11$ be $a,b$ and $c$ .

To find the rational numbers between two decimal figures find the numbers succeeding $0.1$ but preceding $0.11$.

So, $a=0.101,b=0.102,c=0.103$

To express them as rational numbers,

$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow a=\frac{101}{100} \\ \Rightarrow b=\frac{102}{100} \\ \Rightarrow c=\frac{103}{100} \end{gathered}$$

Therefore, three rational numbers between $0.1$ and $0.11$ are $\frac{101}{100},\frac{102}{100},\frac{103}{100}$.
