Here the denominator of both the numbers are same.
So, any rational number with same denominator and numerator having a value between -2 and 5 will be a rational number between $\frac{-2}{9}$ and $\frac{5}{9}$ .

So, $\frac{-1}{9}$ , $\frac{0}{9}$, $\frac{1}{9}$ , $\frac{2}{9}$ , $\frac{3}{9}$ , $\frac{4}{9}$ etc are the rational numbers between $\frac{-2}{9}$ and $\frac{5}{9}$.

We can take any two out of these numbers.
