60 minutes =1 hour
1 minute = $\frac{1}{60}$ hour

20 minutes = $\frac{20}{60}$ hour

Factors of 20 are 1, 2, 4, 5, 10, 20
Factors of 60 are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20, 30, 60
GCF(20 , 60) = $20$ .

$∴ \frac{20}{60}$ = $\frac{20}{3 \times 20}$ = $\frac{1}{3}$ hour.

Hence the value of x is 3.
