$[\begin{matrix} 6 x + 2 x 3 y + 6 y \end{matrix}] = [\begin{matrix} 169 \end{matrix}]$

$[\begin{matrix} 8 x 9 y \end{matrix}] = [\begin{matrix} 169 \end{matrix}]$

Comparing the two matrices, we get

8x = 16
