The correct option is D 10 V, 40μC
The equivalent circuit is shown in the above figure.
The equivalent capacitance for capacitors (6,4, 8) is C=6+4+8=18μF
As all capacitors (18,C=18,18) have equal capacitance and they are in series so potential across each is V=303=10V
As capacitors C contains capacitors (4,6,8) and they are in parallel so potential across each equal and it is equal to 10V.
Thus charge on 4μF=4×10=40μC
