Energy of the photon associated with wavelength λ=4000 oA is given by
Ep=hcλEp=6.63×1034×3×1084000×1010=3.1 eV
For photoelectric effect to happen Ep>work function(ϕ0)
So for only A and B will show photoelectric effect as their work function is less than Ep.
