Side= 5cm

And 5 cubes volume =5 $\times$125=625 $c{m}^3$

After placing all cubes adjacent it will be become cuboid=
Volume of cuboid=$l\times b\times h$
=$25\times 5\times 5$=625 $c{m}^3$
