Flocculation value depends on valency.
For a positively charged sol, more is the negative charge more is the flocculation value.
For a negatively charged sol, more is the positive charge more is the flocculation value.
So, BaCl2 has lower flocculation value than KCl for solution A. Hence the sol A is negatively charged.
Flocculation value of Na2SO4 is less than NaBr for solution B. Hence, the sol B is also negatively charged.
