Solution

During a storm, do not take shelter under the tree because they can fall on you. Do not keep metallic end umbrella because lightning can struck you during a storm. Open garages can't save you from the storm as they are open to the sky. The safest place to be during a thunderstorm is a building or a car. Electricity can flow through the metal sides of a car and not through you. So, option (iv) is not correct.
