A slight delay in the highest peak in plot $A$ graph shows that the natural fertiliser, manure, supplies nutrients to the soil at a slow rate.

Manures are not nutrient specific and contain small quantities of mineral salts and they are not easily soluble in water and hence, not easily absorbed by plant roots, so their maximum yield gets slightly delayed as compared to the fertilisers.
