MOET is a procedure followed to produce multiple offsprings at the same time for large breed of animals that usually produce one offspring like cattle. In this process, the female of the superior breed is induced to superovulate by injecting Follicular Stimulating Hormone, that results in producing multiple eggs or ova. These eggs or ova are artificially inseminated from semen of a predetermined breed, to form zygote and then embryo. These embyos are then transferred into surrogate mothers.
