Solution

The correct option is D Concentration of H+ is more in C than that in A.
The solution of compound A imparts yellow color to pH paper and undergoes partial dissociation. Therefore it is a weak acid.

The solution of compound B imparts blue colour to pH paper and it also undergoes partial dissociation. Therefore it is a weak base.

The solution of compound C imparts red color to pH paper and undergoes complete dissociation. Therefore it is a strong acid.

Since, C is a strong acid and A is a weak acid. Therefore, the concentration of H+ is more in C than that in A.

Hence, the correct answer is option (d).
